San Leon Energy PLC ('San Leon' or 'The Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shaun Hennessey as a Non Executive Director with immediate effect. Shaun Daniel Hennessey (54) has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector and is a Chartered Engineer. He is the managing director of a project management consulting group and has developed and managed projects from the feasibility stage through design & construction and into operations. He has worked in the UK North Sea, North Africa, South Africa, Middle East & Far East and Northern Russia, developing oil and gas assets offshore, subsea and onshore. More recently he has been responsible as project director/sponsor for a 200,000bopd onshore oil production systems in the middle-east and a 100MMscfd offshore sub-sea gas production system in Europe. He is also a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
